AMS was orignally formed because there was no midget racing in the Midwest area. After it's 2012 opening season, now there are two local tracks in Kansas City area that are going to run midget cars. One being Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, Mo on Friday nights, Sweet Springs Motor Sports Complex in Sweet Springs, Mo on Saturday nights.
We were able to show some local tracks what a great show the midgets put on and were able to accomplish our goal.
